Начало на новия театрален сезон
Броени дни преди двете премиерни дати 11-ти и 13-ти септември на френската пиеса „Мъжете предпочитат да излъжат”, ДТ „Невена Коканова” започна репетиции на още едно ново за българската публика заглавие. Италианската комедия „Не е вярно, но аз вярвам” от Пепино де Филипо е написана през петдесетте години на ХХ век. Авторът заедно с брат си Едуардо и сестра си Титина са добре известни актьори от неаполитанския театър.
Хубавото е, че днес за българския зрител Пепино излиза от сянката на известния си брат като драматург с точно тази комедия, защото тя завинаги се е съхранила в съкровищницата на италианския театър. Ето и малка част от майсторската интрига на това, което предстои да видим през октомври. Основният персонаж Джервазио Савастано, макар и проспериращ индустриалец, не желае да предприема и най-малкото решение в живота си без да се съобрази с всички възможни суеверия.
В дома си, в работата си, навсякъде и всичко е подчинено на безброй поличби и предзнаменования. Маниакалните му страхове са повод, както за комични недоразумения така и за проблеми с хората около него, а какво ще направи семейството му по въпроса и дали ще успее да го вразуми ще разберем на премиерата.
Преводът на пиесата е на Румяна Сарайдарова, а постановката е поверена на един от най-добрите режисьори на българския театър Владлен Александров, който за първи път ще работи с ямболската трупа.

За да придобиете представа как се управлява театъра, съдете по един такъв случай! През 2014 г. леля Ганка – гримьор и перукер, беше претърпяла операция от онкологично заболяване (Светла й памет! Вече не е между живите.) И тя беше принудена да дойде на работа още на седмия ден след операцията, защото… някой си идиот я бил накарал да дойде. Имало представление същия ден и нейното присъствие било много необходимо. А жената все още е била на легло, имала е незараснали рани от операцията и кървящи превръзки, но кой го интересува. Самата тя се оплакала после, че никак не била добре, но какво да се прави – работа, иначе оставаш без нея.
Та питам се, какъв ли изрод трябва да си, за да постъпиш по този начин? Да вдигаш болната жена от леглото и да я задължаваш да работи… Може ли нормален човек да го направи това? И това не е само единичен случай, но се позовавам на него, защото е фрапиращ, да не казвам чудовищен.
